As the Co-founder and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) of TekLink International, Inc., Alka is responsible for all accounting operations globally.
She has more than 20 years of experience in finance, management, taxes, payroll, compliance, tax audits, and treasury in the professional services industry.
Alka’s experience in multiple disciplines such as human resource management, event management, contracts, recruitment, and software tool selection has been instrumental in TekLink’s impressive growth in the last 20 years.
Teambuilding is a passion for Alka as she has built her team from the ground-up while creating more growth opportunities as TekLink continues to expand internationally.
Prior to founding TekLink in January 2003, Alka worked as a technical resource at Netscape, the original inventor of the web browser.
Previous to Netscape, Alka was a teacher and a volunteer before entering the IT industry.
Alka has a Master’s degree in Chemistry, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Education from Jiwaji University Gwalior, India.
