Manish heads the India Development Center responsible for India operations, delivery and sales efforts at TekLink International, Inc. He has over 25 years of IT consulting and management experience based out of Hyderabad, India.
Recognized for his excellence in multi-shore deliveries and building high performance teams, Manish has delivered more than 700 person years of complex projects and programs for global customers across technology platforms. An ardent quality champion, he has an impeccable record in ensuring on time, within budget and high quality deliverables as well as institutionalizing processes and quality standards.
Manish has strong belief that continuous efforts are required to unlock true potential of any individual or team. He excels in building and motivating teams, competency development, recruitment & retention and conflict resolution.
Prior to joining TekLink in 2011, he has performed leadership roles in some of the leading Indian IT organizations. He also brings a rich understanding from past experiences in the insurance, manufacturing, travel and transportation industries having expertise in Supply Chain and Human Capital Management.
Manish holds Masters in Industrial Engineering and Management.
