Rabina works as Director HR and Talent Acquisition at Teklink International. As a senior HR professional, she has over 15 years of experience managing a full spectrum of Human Resource services & functions. Her impressive experience encompasses- HR Operations, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Immigration, Vendor management, Employee Wellness, Employee Engagement, Team Building, and more. She started her tenure with TekLink as a part-time resource and gradually moved up the ladder by her sheer determination, hard work ethics, dependability, and can-do attitude. She was one of the few to receive the ‘Top Performer’ Award within 2 years of joining. Her ability to continuously provide value in recruiting, managing, motivating employees /consultants, immigration, vendor management comes with her communication skills, business acumen, and enthusiasm. She has been instrumental in supporting the growth targets of the company.
Prior to Teklink, Rabina worked as HR Officer at Group 4 Securitas India Pvt Ltd (multinational firm) and as a counselor at University of Delhi.
Rabina has a Masters degree In Psychology and Post Graduate Certification in Guidance & Counseling from the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). She has been volunteering in 204 school district (IL) for many years.
