Solutions and Starter Kits
TekLink has devised a solution kit for rapid transition of services that includes knowledge transition, reverse KT framework, and support process/KPI reporting standards to deploy as soon as the AMS transition is complete.
TekLink has deployed an SLA framework at many of our customers to measure and report AMS support levels. The KPI based framework helps to eliminate subjective assessments but based on incidents, support tickets, and the closed vs. open defects along with the timeframe. The framework also includes efforts put in process improvements along with escalations if any.
